Here at Bread Birmingham we’ve been working tirelessly behind the scenes along with the team at The Festival of Beer to help get ready for their very first three day festival down in Stowe! The previously festival was amped up and packed to the brim with live music, amazing food and some sensational pints, if we do say so ourselves…
We were lucky enough to head down to Buckinghamshire a for the weekend to coordinate the festivals on site media strategy. This meant we were in charge of capturing some of the festival’s best moments for social media platforms, as well as managing the media and press team on site…
We danced to Craig Charles, Ibibio Sound Machine and Donn Letts and even caught a romantic proposal at the main stage!
As the name suggests, the festival celebrated some of the best craft beers and breweries the UK has to offer, including Maule Brewing Co, Northern Monk, Laine Brew Co and many more!
During the build up to the festival, we took control of all things social for the event, aiming to ensure a huge growth across all social media platforms. Through the use of both paid media and organic and engaging content creation, we took their Facebook following from 132 to 4,000+ in a matter of months and their Instagram from 300 followers to almost 2,500.
Our carefully crafted content especially excelled on Facebook, with most posts reaching upwards of 13,000 impressions each.
The past year has been testing to say the least for all festivals and events, so we are so happy to have been a part of such a fantastic weekend.
